Day-wise Itinerary
Arrival at Airport. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Breakfast in Hotel. Tbilisi is one of the oldest capital cities in eastern part of Europe. The historical part of the city merging with the modern lifestyle is perfectly represented in old part of the city. Take a walk through the coble-stoned streets, Visit Sulphur baths area, waterfall, bridge of the peace, Sharden Street. Later drive to visit Holy Trinity Cathedral, (also known as Sameba), one of the tallest churches in the world. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Breakfast in Hotel and then start your tour and visit Borjomi. Borjomi is a hydrothermal health spa resort. This picturesque valley lies at an altitude of 800 m. Borjomi has an international reputation for its geothermal spring mineral water resources. Its accessible location in the beautiful Lesser Caucasus Mountains attracts those who are in search of nature, escape and enlightenment tourism opportunities year round. En route visit Uplistsikhe - meaning "The Fortress of lord" is an ancient cave town from the 1st half of the 1st millennium BC. It was the main center of paganism and represents a complex of halls, caves, theatres, altars, pagan temples, secret tunnels, prisons, pharmacy, passages-streets all carved out of stone over an area of 4 hectares.
Breakfast in Hotel. Explore the natural beauty of Georgia and ride the mountain slopes. A tour to Gudauri, a young ski resort, is not only the emotions of skiing on the snowy slopes, but also a lot of impressions on the way back and forth. We will go to Gudauri along the Georgian Military Highway and make several stops where you can enjoy the views of medieval towers over Lake Zhinvali and the confluence of two mountain rivers. You will visit the Ananuri architectural complex, the former residence of the princes of Aragveti, and admire its churches and towers. try real pasanaur khinkali (Khinkali is a Georgian dumpling). It is made of twisted knobs of dough, stuffed with meat and spices. And in Gudauri itself you will find 8 tracks of different difficulty levels, breathtaking panoramas and, of course, an adrenaline rush Drive towards Gudauri resort, one of the highest mountainous resorts in Europe, (well developed for skiing in winter time), undoubtfully charming all 4 seasons with its’ crystal clear air and mountainous views. En route take several photo stops at Ananuri Architectural complex, Jinvali water reservoir and Gudauri panoramic view.
Breakfast in Hotel. Tour in Kakheti region, visit Sighnaghi-The medieval city, which is declared the city-museum currently, is located on the hill and looks over Alazani Valley. The city is still surrounded by the wall that was constructed in the end of the 18th century, during the reign of Erekle II. The 23 towers of the wall are named after nearly located villages. Each of them was bearing the fortification function. From Sighnaghi you can enjoy the fascinating views of Alazani Valley and Dagestan Mountains (North Caucasus). After the tour drive back to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi

a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction.
