Day-wise Itinerary
Welcome to Siliguri! Upon arrival at the Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station, get transferred to Gangtok. Upon reaching Gangtok, check in to the hotel and spend the day at leisure. You can visit Do Drul Chorten, one of Sikkim’s most important stupas, known for its golden dome, prayer wheels, and spiritual calm. You can also head to Bakthang Waterfall, a serene cascade surrounded by greenery, perfect for photos and a refreshing break. Afterward, return to your hotel.
Today, begin with a journey into Sikkim’s high-altitude magic. Drive through scenic mountain roads and pause at Kyongnosla, famed for its lush alpine forests and charming waterfalls. Reach the glacial Tsomgo Lake at 12,400 ft, where crystal waters reflect the rugged peaks. Then head to the revered Baba Mandir, honoring the spirit of Baba Harbhajan Singh—an Indian soldier whose legend lives on as a guardian of the mountains. Afterward, get driven to your hotel.
In the morning, check out and enjoy a scenic drive to Lachen, a peaceful village in North Sikkim surrounded by snow-covered mountains and quiet forests. On the way, stop at Chungthang, where two rivers, Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu, meet—it's a beautiful spot to take in nature. Once you reach Lachen, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. Later, go for a leisurely walk around the village to see how the locals live and enjoy the calm atmosphere.
After check-out, get driven to Lachung, a quiet village surrounded by tall mountains and clean air. On the way, visit Gurudongmar Lake—one of the world’s highest lakes, known for its crystal-clear water and spiritual importance. Later, stop at Bhim Nala Waterfalls, where water falls from a great height into the green valley below. It’s a perfect place to take a break. Reach Lachung, check in to your hotel and rest for the night.
After checking out, get transferred to Gangtok with a stop at the beautiful Yumthang Valley, known as the “Valley of Flowers.” In spring, the valley comes alive with colorful blooms set against snow-covered mountains. Visit the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, where over 24 types of rhododendrons cover the hillsides. Take a relaxing break at the Yumthang hot springs—famous for their warm, healing waters. Then continue your journey to Gangtok and check into your hotel. Rest for the night.
Post check out, get driven to Siliguri. Upon arrival at NJP Station/Bagdogra Airport, continue your journey onward. This marks the end of your trip.

1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction.
